They''re now seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, digital performance, and ecommerce strategy across multiple brands.This description reflects the role of Group Marketing Manager within a multi-brand group focused on play, leisure and experiential environments.
The Role
This is a senior marketing leadership position with full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance across four distinct brands — each with its own voice and growth potential.You will be responsible for:Driving ecommerce growth and lead generation through digital marketing and online channelsIncreasing venue footfall and enquiry volumes with targeted, results-focused campaignsBuilding and managing strong brand identities and market presenceCreating and delivering content that demonstrates the business''s impact and expertiseEnsuring websites (primarily WordPress) are optimised for user experience, lead capture, and conversion
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Ecommerce GrowthDevelop and execute targeted digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, email) that drive enquiries and bookingsOwn and grow the ecommerce function, optimising online lead capture and conversion funnelsManage paid media spend to maximise ROI and lead quality
Website and Digital PresenceTake ownership of multiple WordPress websites — content, UX, SEO, and performance optimisationEnsure every online touchpoint supports brand positioning and drives conversions
Brand Awareness and MediaLead brand positioning and messaging across the group''s diverse businessesBuild and manage relationships with media, PR, and influencers to grow visibilityCreate compelling stories and content showcasing venues, projects, and customer success
Content and Creative DirectionOversee production of photography, videography, case studies, and testimonialsEnsure consistent creative identity and messaging across all channels and brands
Performance and LeadershipDefine, track, and report marketing KPIs to senior leadershipManage budgets, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budgetCollaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing activity with business goals
What You Bring
Proven experience delivering ecommerce growth alongside digital marketing in service or venue-based businessesStrong WordPress knowledge combined with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social expertiseA track record of generating measurable commercial outcomes from marketing campaignsContent creation oversight experience, especially with video and photographyComfortable working across both B2B and B2C audiencesData-driven, commercially focused, and results-orientedStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills
