Their portfolio includes indoor play centres, trampoline parks, and a specialist B2B service division focused on designing and delivering large-scale play and sensory environments. This group combines design, manufacturing, and venue operation expertise to create unique experiences for families and businesses alike. They are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, digital performance, and ecommerce strategy across multiple brands.What You Will Do: lead senior marketing strategy and execution across four distinct brands, each with its own voice and growth potential.Responsibilities
Driving ecommerce growth and lead generation through digital marketing and online channelsIncreasing venue footfall and enquiry volumes with targeted, results-focused campaignsBuilding and managing strong brand identities and market presenceCreating and delivering content that demonstrates the business’s impact and expertiseEnsuring websites (primarily WordPress) are optimised for user experience, lead capture, and conversionCore Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Ecommerce GrowthDevelop and execute targeted digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, email) that drive enquiries and bookingsOwn and grow the ecommerce function, optimising online lead capture and conversion funnelsManage paid media spend to maximise ROI and lead qualityWebsite and Digital PresenceTake ownership of multiple WordPress websites: content, UX, SEO, and performance optimisationEnsure every online touchpoint supports brand positioning and drives conversionsBrand Awareness and MediaLead brand positioning and messaging across the group’s diverse businessesBuild and manage relationships with media, PR, and influencers to grow visibilityCreate compelling stories and content showcasing venues, projects, and customer successContent and Creative DirectionOversee production of photography, videography, case studies, and testimonialsEnsure consistent creative identity and messaging across all channels and brandsPerformance and LeadershipDefine, track, and report marketing KPIs to senior leadershipManage budgets, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budgetCollaborate closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing activity with business goalsWhat You Bring
