Our client, an establishedandnbsp;independent education catering company, is seeking an experiencedandnbsp;Group Managerandnbsp;to oversee catering operations across a number ofandnbsp;primary schools in the Oxford area.

This role would suit a strong operational catering manager/group/Area manager with experience in education or contract catering, looking for a term-time-only position with a good workandndash;life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage catering operations across multiple primary school sites

• Lead, support, and develop on-site catering teams

• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and presentation

• Maintain compliance with food safety, health andamp; safety, and company procedures

• Build effective relationships with school leadership teams and stakeholders

• Monitor costs and overall site performance

• Support menu delivery in line with nutritional and school food standards

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience inandnbsp;education or contract catering management

• Proven people management and leadership skills

• Strong organisational and communication abilities

• Good commercial and financial awareness

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
