Our client, an establishedandnbsp;independent education catering company, is seeking an experiencedandnbsp;Group Managerandnbsp;to oversee catering operations across a number ofandnbsp;primary schools in the Oxford area.
This role would suit a strong operational catering manager/group/Area manager with experience in education or contract catering, looking for a term-time-only position with a good workandndash;life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage catering operations across multiple primary school sites
Lead, support, and develop on-site catering teams
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and presentation
Maintain compliance with food safety, health andamp; safety, and company procedures
Build effective relationships with school leadership teams and stakeholders
Monitor costs and overall site performance
Support menu delivery in line with nutritional and school food standards
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience inandnbsp;education or contract catering management
Proven people management and leadership skills
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Good commercial and financial awareness
Full UK driving licence (essential)
