You will be someone who can lead and inspire our finance team, who is calm under pressure and inspires confidence at all levels of our business. You''ll build and maintain strong internal controls, owning statutory reporting and governance and guiding the external audit process with confidence. The role will ensure the highest standard of reporting to make sure our business has the information it needs, whenever it is needed. Your ability to simplify complexity and present financial information with clarity will enable the board and wider business to make informed choices.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the finance team, maintaining high standards of integrity and resilience under pressure.
Build and maintain strong internal controls, own statutory reporting and governance, and guide the external audit process.
Deliver high-quality reporting to ensure the business has timely information to inform decisions.
Simplify complex financial information and present it clearly to the board and the wider business.
Qualifications
Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with strong IFRS knowledge.
Experience in a global business or FTSE 250 environment.
Personal qualities: honesty, attention to detail, leadership, and the drive to develop your team.
Enjoy creating efficient systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and keeping people focused on doing the right things well.

33 days holiday per year (including public holidays).
