OverviewAt Games Workshop, we’re looking for a Group Financial Controller who can lead and inspire our finance team, stay calm under pressure, and inspire confidence at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the finance team, stay calm under pressure, and inspire confidence at all levels of the business.

Build and maintain strong internal controls, own statutory reporting and governance, and guide the external audit process with confidence.

Ensure the highest standard of reporting to provide the information the business needs, whenever it is needed.

Simplify complexity and present financial information with clarity to enable the board and wider business to make informed choices.

Qualifications

Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with strong IFRS knowledge and experience working in a global business or FTSE 250 environment.

Personal qualities: honesty, attention to detail, leadership, and the drive to support and develop your team.

Interest in creating efficient systems and processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Location and BenefitsThe Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
