Qualified Group Financial Accountant

to take responsibility for group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. This is a senior role within a collaborative finance team, offering exposure to all areas of finance in a growing organisation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare consolidated long-term profit and cash-flow forecastsConsolidate regional monthly submissions and supplementary schedulesLead annual audit processes and ensure timely responsesPrepare annual report financial statements and back-half submissionsSupport budgeting, month-end reporting, and cash-flow forecastingPrepare group VAT returns and assist with payroll submissionsContribute to treasury management and internal controlsPrepare quarterly Board Packs and other ad-hoc finance reportsSkills and Experience:Newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Strong technical accounting and consolidation experienceExcellent Excel and financial reporting skillsProven ability to work independently and take initiativeAttention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative approachWhy Join:4 days in the office, 1 day WFH per week in ChelmsfordCompetitive salary with £6,000 car allowance and bonusOpportunity to work across all areas of group financeSupportive team environment with clear career progressionPlease only apply if you meet the level of experience and qualification, with full rights to work in the UK.Seniority level
