Group Financial Accountant- Hybrid/ Remote

Sheridan Maine are proud to be partnering with our established Hampshire based client to recruit a Group Financial Accountant.This 12-month contract will be supporting the finance team during a busy period of growth and will be responsible for a range of activities including consolidations and international reporting.Responsibilities

Assist with the month end close process; eg reconciliations, journals, review schedulesReview balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracySupport year end activities - providing information for audits and assisting with queriesContribute to the preparation and distribution of group management reportingPreparation of financial statements and audit schedulesUndertake detailed reconciliationsHelp improve financial processes and controlsInterpret financial data and explain variancesQualifications
