Our client is a fast-growing digital consumer brand, offering an exciting opportunity to join a business with further investment and acquisitions planned for the next 3-5 years. A new opportunity exists for a high-caliber Group Finance Manager to join a high-performing, passionate team operating within a fast, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial environment.The role will report directly to the leadership team and will involve participation in senior-level discussions, directly influencing the group finance function.Key responsibilities include providing support and management of all financial reporting and statutory accounting, as well as group consolidations for the organization.This will involve working with IFRS 15, 16, and FRS 102 standards.The role includes supporting the ongoing development of controls and processes across the London team and the international group.It also involves supervising and guiding junior team members, supporting mergers and acquisition accounting, managing relationships with auditors, and driving finance transformation projects as the business grows.Additionally, the role supports the commercial and financial planning teams with ad hoc strategic projects.The ideal candidate is a top-tier ACA/CA with an excellent academic record and a proven successful track record in their career, with a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.Applicants must possess strong communication skills, the ability to liaise with and influence senior leadership, and a flexible, hands-on approach suitable for a fast-growing SME environment.We welcome applicants from all sector backgrounds.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and agency, and we encourage applications from all ..... full job details .....
