We Dream Big, Stay Humble and Stay Hungry.This Role Goes Beyond Traditional Finance—it''s AboutStrategic Thought Partnership: Uncovering data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making, not just reporting on numbers and KPIsDriving Value: Identifying ways to optimize business operations, improve margins, and create scalable financial processes.Technology and AI: Exploring and implementing AI-driven tools, automation, and analytics to improve financial reporting and business efficiency.Business Operations: Working closely with operational teams to refine workflows, improve cash management, and ensure efficient financial systems.Fast-Paced Growth: Being part of a newly formed portfolio within Valsoft that is expected to expand rapidly through acquisitions.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Strategic Financial ManagementMonitor and analyze portfolio company performance to drive strategic decisions.Develop KPI frameworks to assess financial health and identify growth opportunities.Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.Ensure positive cash flow and long-term profitability across portfolio companies.Work closely with MandA teams on due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

Financial Reporting and AccountingOversee financial close processes, including reporting and compliance.Ensure statutory and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Establish financial internal controls and process optimization strategies.Lead the implementation of NetSuite ERP and other automation initiatives.

Technology and Process InnovationChampion AI, automation, and workflow tools to improve finance functions.Identify and implement new financial technologies to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.Leverage data analytics for predictive financial modeling.

MandA and Financial Integration

Develop financial onboarding plans for newly acquired businesses.Ensure alignment of acquired companies’ accounting policies with Valsoft standards.Support valuation, purchase price allocation, and deferred payment calculations.Establish scalable reporting and governance frameworks post-acquisition.
