This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business with a strong track record, where you’ll have both the mandate and influence to shape the future of the company.As Group Finance Director, you will play a central role in scaling our finance operations to meet the demands of a £50m+ and ultimately £100m+ revenue organisation. You’ll own the financial strategy, infrastructure, and leadership needed to support a multi-site, service-driven business with a mobile workforce of c.500 staff and complex, margin-sensitive revenue streams.We are looking at individuals from a

Own the financial strategy, controls, and day-to-day operations across margin sensitive businesses with multiple site-level and business line PandLsLead on the development of FPandA capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy across complex and variable cash flow environmentsBuild scalable finance infrastructure — systems, processes, controls — fit for a £50m to £100M+ revenue organisationPartner with commercial and operational leaders to ensure contract profitability, margin protection and financial rigour across all departmentsOwnership / oversight of payroll processes (circa 500 staff and growing), identifying and implementing improved systems and technologyPlay a key role in exit preparation and external engagementManage, mentor, and develop finance team of four direct reports, developing to meet the future requirements of the group.About You
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Experience in facilities and property management businesses, ideally with remote or mobile workforcesProven success in financial leadership within fast-scaling environmentsAdvanced forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning skillsExperienced in building or upgrading financial infrastructure, including systems and controlsCommercial acumen and experience business partnering with non-finance teamsComfortable taking ownership of a complex payroll operationCredible, values-led leader with excellent communication and influencing skillsCompetitive salary + discretionary bonus25 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate Medical Insurance and Healthcare Cash Plan3x life assuranceWhy Join Us?
