The role is varied, with no two days being the same, and you''ll play an important part in maintaining safe, high-quality homes for residents.Key Responsibilities Carry out general groundwork and external repairs.Repair and renew paths, paving, kerbs and concrete areas.Install and repair fencing, gates and posts.Undertake drainage repairs, including gullies, channels and minor excavations.Complete slab laying, tarmac patching and reinstatement works.Carry out brickwork repairs and small masonry works where required.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.Maintain excellent customer service when working in occupied properties.Complete job sheets and paperwork accurately using handheld devices where applicable. ..... full job details .....
