Job Title: Groundworker Location: Merseyside Rate of Pay: £31,000 per annum + company van and fuel card About the Role We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to support our client in the housing sector, this will be a hands-on role with a focus on external works, including gate repairs, fencing, brickwork and flagging on residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out fencing, gate, paving and brickwork repairs and replacements.Complete external maintenance works to residential and communal properties.Diagnose defects and deliver high-quality repairs.Maintain safe, clean and tidy work areas.Use PDA/mobile technology to accurately update work orders.Work effectively independently and as part of a team.Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.
