Groundworker

Exciting opportunity within one of the fastest growing housing associations in Liverpool for an experienced Groundworker.

Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.

They are now recruiting for a qualified Groundworker to join their repairs and maintenance team.

Rate: -19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA

Your Duties will include:

• Responding to reactive maintenance needs / repairs by appointment
• Using the company van safely and efficiently
• Logging work via PDA system

Requirements:

• NVQ Groundworks (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
• Have substantial experience in groundworks within the social housing industry

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• CSCS card
• Obtain good customer care skills
