This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, hands-on individual to support the upkeep, maintenance, and presentation of a large and diverse estate, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Working as part of the Estates and Facilities team, you will help maintain grounds, buildings, and facilities while supporting day-to-day maintenance activities across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain lawns, sports areas, gardens, pathways, and external spaces.Carry out general grounds maintenance, landscaping, and seasonal duties.Support planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the site.Assist with event setup, site presentations, and deliveries.Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks.Support fire safety procedures, site security, and general premises operations.Help ensure the estate remains safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.About YouExperience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, facilities, or general maintenance.Practical skills in areas such as decorating, carpentry, plumbing, or basic repairs.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach.Reliable, ..... full job details .....
