A Premises Assistant is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South East London.

This Premises Assistant position will be full time and temporary in the first instance.

Duties for this Premises Assistant post will include but not be limited to:

• Carrying out maintenance of the buildings
• Handling repairs of the facilities
• Providing general security
• Day to day cleaning
• Overseeing standard safety checks
• Working with contractors

The rates of pay for this Premises Assistant role will be between -16 to -18 per hour, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.

The School:

A ''Good'' Secondary School & Sixth located in the London Borough of Greenwich.

Based on past exam results, the school has been placed in the top 18% of schools nationally.

Four learning hubs form the foundation of the school - World Studies, Creative Voice, Active Science & Enterprise.

The local community has also provided positive feedback towards the pupils, saying they are very well mannered and behaved.

Requirements

The team are keen to hear from you if you''re an experienced Premises Assistant.

Applications are also welcome if you''re a British trained Premises Assistant or overseas trained Premises Assistant.

All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for this position as a Premises Assistant:

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
• UK accredited Health & Safety qualifications/training
• Experience as a Premises Assistant in UK Secondary schools
