PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in the Ormskirk area for a national horticulture companyDuties to include:Taking responsibility for the works on siteProactively leading by example, motivating and guiding the team and maintaining workforce disciplineAssisting the supervisor/senior team leader.
