Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in the Ormskirk area for a national horticulture company

Duties to include:

• Taking responsibility for the works on site
• Proactively leading by example, motivating and guiding the team and maintaining workforce discipline
• Assisting the supervisor/senior team leader.
• Driving the compamy vehicle and transporting staff and essentials to site.
• General ground maintenance work ie grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming etc.

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week

Up to -14.50 per hour including holiday pay.

Drivers license required

PA1 & PA6 is desirable

This is a Temp to Perm position
