Key Responsibilities
££ Maintain communal outdoor areas, including grass, shrubs and hedges.
££ Carry out soft landscaping and minor tree work where required.
££ Respond to reactive maintenance issues, including clearing hazards and dumped items.
££ Plan and manage your workload across a fortnightly maintenance schedule.
££ Work safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team.
What We''re Looking For
££ Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.
££ A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
££ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
££ Full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable).
££ PA1 and PA6AW and/or NPTC qualifications are desirable but not essential.
