This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors as part of a team.Although based in Inverkeithing (KY11), you will be part of a mobile grounds maintenance team.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and clearance of leaves and litterSetting out, maintaining, and lining sports pitches (grass and tarmac)Maintenance of artificial and synthetic pitchesHorticultural duties such as planting, pruning, and seedingTree care activitiesErecting and dismantling equipmentPainting and maintenance of equipmentCarrying out minor civil works (e.g. repairs to slabs, kerbs, manholes, and surfaces)Operating light plant and powered toolsDaily checks of vehicles, tractors, and cutting equipmentSeasonal duties including gritting and snow clearance (weather dependent)Candidate RequirementsFull UK driving licence (trailer towing experience advantageous)Experience using ride-on mowersExperience using strimmers and small grounds maintenance machineryGeneral ..... full job details .....
