Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (37 hours per week)
Pay: -14.50 per hour
About the Role:
We''re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a hardworking and friendly team in Bideford. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone with strong horticulture and grounds maintenance skills who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mowing, strimming, and general grass care
- Planting and maintenance of flower beds and borders
- Hedge cutting and shrub pruning
- General grounds upkeep and horticultural tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential - travel required across Torridge District)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good level of physical fitness
