Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm (37 hours per week)

Pay: -14.50 per hour

About the Role:

We''re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a hardworking and friendly team in Bideford. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone with strong horticulture and grounds maintenance skills who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mowing, strimming, and general grass care
• Planting and maintenance of flower beds and borders
• Hedge cutting and shrub pruning
• General grounds upkeep and horticultural tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential - travel required across Torridge District)
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good level of physical fitness
