You will play a key role in supporting pupils academically and pastorally, both in the classroom and through targeted intervention work. The role is ideal for individuals who are considering a future in teaching or education-related fields.Key Responsibilities:Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning.Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning resources.Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN), where appropriate.Contributing to extracurricular activities and school life.The Ideal Candidate:A recent graduate (any discipline considered; education, psychology, English, maths or science preferred).A genuine passion for education and working with young people.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.Previous experience in a school setting or working with young ..... full job details .....
