Graduate Finance Recruitment Consultant – The role

Market mapping for live candidates

Providing support that enables the business to provide a timely, professional, and valued service to our clients.

Identify talent for your mandates, qualifying and providing your recommendations of potential talent with Partner direction.

Working in conjunction with the Lead Partner to produce a shortlist of high calibre candidates.

Produce high-quality, insightful, and robust written work including executive summaries and progress reports.

You will help us to build the best and most definitive database of private equity CFOs in the UK and Europe, covering both mid-market and large-cap firms.

Graduate Finance Recruitment Consultant – Ideal Candidates

Degree qualified from a research-intensive University course

Highly organised with the ability to create best-in-class research process

Intellectual curiosity and commercial aptitude

Able to build credible relationships over the telephone and in person

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing

A rigorous, methodical approach with an exceptional attention to detail

High levels of tenacity, creativity, and lateral thinking

Able to work well under pressure and deliver high quality results
