• Monitor and manage approximately (Apply online only) emails daily, ensuring timely responses and accurate handling of all correspondence.
• Extract relevant data from emails, documents, and attachments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Enter and organise data efficiently into Excel spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
• Upload processed data from spreadsheets into the company''s internal systems and databases.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to clarify or obtain additional information as needed.
• Maintain organised digital filing systems for easy retrieval of processed information.
• Support ad hoc admin and secretarial team with a variety of different tasks
• Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
