Graduate Building Surveyor

A well-established building consultancy with a strong regional presence is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Bristol team. This role offers excellent APC support and hands-on project exposure from day one.

• Assisting with a broad range of Building Surveying instructions
• Supporting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and reports
• Exposure to contract administration and project monitoring work
• Attending site visits and client meetings with senior staff
• Working across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets
• Building core competencies required for APC progression

• Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
• 1-2 years post grad experience
• Keen interest in becoming MRICS qualified
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
• Full UK driving licence or working towards it

• £28,000 – £33,000 starting salary
