Graduate Building Surveyor

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their supportive Cardiff team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in Building Surveying, offering structured APC support and exposure to a wide range of work.

• Supporting senior surveyors across a variety of projects and professional instructions
• Assisting with building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis
• Getting involved in dilapidations, contract administration, and project monitoring
• Visiting sites and contributing to client reports
• Working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
• Developing core technical skills in preparation for APC

• Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
• 1-2 years consultancy experience
• Strong interest in progressing towards MRICS status
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Confident working both in the office and on site
• Full UK driving licence (or working towards obtaining one)

• £28,000 – £33,000 starting salary
• Full APC training and structured support
• Hybrid working after probation
