Governance Business Partner
Our client, based in Newcastle, is currently recruiting for a Governance Business Partner on a 6-month temporary contract.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have experience working within the housing sector and be confident in meeting management, whilst holding a high level of Governance knowledge. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring good governance and effectively supporting board, committee and management meetings Be the primary contact for collation of whistleblowing complaints, determining appropriate escalation routes through the business and establishing appropriate investigative teams as appropriate Ensuring Board, Committee and Subsidiary meetings are well prepared for, run smoothly and ensuring any agreed follow up actions are captured and implemented Skills and Experience required:Ability to co-ordinate and quality assess complex and detailed Board papers with a high degree of accuracy and to a high quality of presentationExcellent information management skills and ability to develop and manage systems for recording and storing information and dataRewards and Benefits:Hybrid workingFlexible working daysWorking hours:37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business ..... full job details .....
