Learning and Development Business PartnerMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation as they appoint a Learning and Development Business Partner to support the delivery of a progressive, people-focused learning strategy across the business.The role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced LandD Business Partner to play a key role in shaping learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Working closely with the Group Head of People and Culture, you will lead the delivery of engaging and innovative learning solutions that support both individual and organisational growth. The LandD Business Partner will focus heavily on leadership capability, emerging talent development, digital learning, and embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement.This position will suit someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that drive performance and employee engagement.
