We are looking for a strategic and proactive Social and Digital Insights Senior Manager to help develop and execute social media and digital analytics. This role monitors social conversations, identifies opportunities for social and digital strategy optimization, and provides real-time and future insights to improve campaigns and assets. A strong understanding of content trends, platforms and audience segments is required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic understanding of key cultural shifts and trends impacting RL; stay abreast of fashion trends and leverage social, digital and print to pre-empt shifts or identify opportunities for RL.Provide real-time insights on emerging trends related to RL categories, consumers, competitors or brand; deliver monthly updates on key social and digital conversations globally and in key regions (US, Europe, China, Japan, South Korea) with strategic implications.Deliver ad hoc deeper dive analyses leveraging all available social and digital tools; drive recommendations and consideration of potential new tools and platforms.Social media performance analysis: conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of global social media campaigns to understand successes and optimization opportunities across audience targeting, creative, format and platform.Establish a data-driven approach to inform the overall social strategy to increase follower growth, engagement and core KPIs; oversee data strategy for owned, paid and earned media; ensure data quality and KPI measurement.Monitor content performance across formats; stay current with KPIs in an algorithmic environment and measure emerging trends to evolve strategies in real time.Build strong relationships with global and regional social media teams.Manage global social listening agencies to ensure optimal reporting and resolve platform or reporting issues.Coordinate with regional CMI teams to ensure regional insights are integrated into global reports.Experience, Skills and Knowledge

Long-term expertise in social listening and digital analytics with demonstrated impact on social strategy.Strong knowledge of social media vendors for listening, trend spotting and audience research; experience with social media measurement tools and platforms (APAC platforms preferred).Experience pulling insights from multiple regions, including APAC; exceptional organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail.Digital curiosity and a passion to learn new, rapidly evolving platforms; ability to think critically and execute across multiple tasks.Team player with ability to work across divisions and build productive partnerships; adaptable to changing priorities and shifts in social media dynamics.Seniority level
