We’re supporting a leading international law firm in their efforts to find a Senior Business Development Manager to lead BD globally across their Financial Industry Group (FIG).This is a strategic, senior leadership role where you’ll partner with senior leadership to shape growth plans, drive revenue, and elevate the group’s market profile. You’ll oversee a BD team of 6 people across the UK and US, lead on major pitches and campaigns, and act as a trusted advisor on business development strategy.Responsibilities

Lead and execute global BD strategy for the Financial Industry Group (FIG).Partner with senior firm leadership to shape growth plans, drive revenue, and elevate the group’s market profile.Oversee a BD team of 6 across the UK and US; mentor and develop team members across geographies.Lead major pitches and campaigns and act as a trusted advisor on business development strategy.Qualifications
