That includes:Monitor alarms and CCTV across global offices and events, escalating issues to Security Officers and following SOPs to ensure complianceIdentify and escalate threats and risks to business operations and employee safety, including verifying wellbeing through direct communicationSupport travel risk workflows by triaging and escalating high-risk travel incidentsProvide emergency and critical assistance to employees during incidents such as P0 events, harassment, fire, unauthorised access and moreRespond professionally and compassionately to calls and Slack messages, delivering high-quality customer serviceRedirect non-security queries to appropriate teams when necessaryOperate key security systems including C-Cure 9000, Mission Control, and GenetecCreate accurate and timely reports for incidents and events to support investigationsLog all contact made with the Global Operations Centre (GOC) and report system faults or outagesQualificationsWhat we’re looking for:We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow.
