Global Learning Experience Design Manager — Boston Consulting Group (BCG).Join to apply for the Global Learning Experience Design Manager role at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).What You’ll Do

Design learning experiences that support BCG’s global Risk and Compliance strategy. Create engaging and accurate compliance learning for all BCG employees worldwide, including onboarding, refreshers, and mandatory training modules. This includes eLearning, live and virtual live sessions that are memorable, behaviourally impactful, and aligned with BCG’s standards.You will collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and training teams to ensure our learning interventions not only inform but shift behaviours to drive a culture of integrity and accountability. Your work will influence how our people understand and embody compliance values across geographies and roles.

Responsibilities

Designing effective, engaging, and behaviour-changing learning experiencesDistilling complex regulatory and policy requirements into accessible, learner-friendly formats by using storytelling, real-world scenarios, and behaviourally driven design approaches that help learners internalize expectations and confidently apply them in their day-to-day rolesCreating compelling, multi-modal learning (e.g., live classroom, virtual live, on-demand, interactive eLearning, microlearning, workflow-based learning)Conducting learner and stakeholder analysis to understand needs, knowledge gaps, and risks, to develop learner-centric solutionsEnsuring accuracy and consistency of compliance content in collaboration with SMEs and Legal/Risk teamsPartnering with vendors to drive outcomes and ensure solutions meet learner needs

Stakeholder Management

Working successfully within a complex, matrix-structured organization is essential; experience doing so virtually is strongly preferredConvincing and driving alignment between stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with your confident and competent demeanourBalancing multiple perspectives while advocating for learner-centric, high-quality solutionsPerforming successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment

Project Management

Scoping, designing, and developing effective training solutions in partnership with stakeholders and according to BCG''s goalsManaging multiple compliance learning projects simultaneously from scoping through deliveryBuilding and executing detailed project plans, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely rollout

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor''s or master''s degree, ideally in education or digital technologyMinimum 5 years’ experience in instructional design, learning technology and user experienceExperience in live and live virtual classroom design, leveraging technology to enhance the experienceDeep understanding of instructional design principles, with experience creating compliance or regulated contentProven track record in designing training that drives behaviour change in a global organizationExperience collaborating with legal, risk, or regulatory functions is highly desirableStrong analytical and storytelling skills to translate policies into impactful narrativesUnderstanding of eLearning tools and authoring software (Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.)Strong project management skillsExperience working with remote international teamsExcellent English language oral and written communication skills required
