RoleSenior Learning and Development Manager — lead the charge in developing our talent and shaping our learning culture. Design and implement impactful training programs that empower teams to excel and innovate. Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into a scalable learning roadmap, covering leadership development and technical upskilling to close skill gaps and strengthen our culture of continuous learning.
Your impact
Set the vision : Own and deliver Legend’s LandD strategy, evolving with the business. Use data and insights to measure impact, refine programs, and ensure learning investments deliver tangible business outcomes.
Shape culture : Embed learning into daily work, beyond formal programs.
Trusted Partner : Coach managers to foster learning within teams, championing inclusive and accessible experiences for every Legend.
Influence leaders : Work with senior stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.
Innovate : Bring fresh ideas, digital-first solutions, and emerging tech into learning.
Prove impact : Use data to measure success and keep the function future-ready.

Qualifications
A dynamic leader with a passion for learning and development, thriving in a data-driven, collaborative environment.
Experience shaping and delivering LandD strategies at scale and partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions.
Expertise in modern learning methods—digital, social, experiential, and AI-powered.
Data-driven approach linking learning impact to business outcomes; ability to drive cultural change through learning.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, capable of inspiring at all levels.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on growing together.
