Global IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for Playtech employees on-site and remotelyTroubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket systemTrack and keep IT assets inventory up-to-dateBe responsible for installation, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting different devicesTroubleshoot network issuesCommunicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutionsQualifications
Have 1+ years of experience in an IT support roleHave a good understanding of Windows based client environments and Active DirectoryPossess practical knowledge of computer hardware and maintenanceHave a basic understanding of TCP/IP, Network elements and services, Wireless and VPN environmentsAre ready to contribute to documentation, KB, manuals and monitoringHave excellent troubleshooting skills, out of the box thinking and ability to provide workaround quicklyAre a self-learner, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and willing to grow in the IT field, adopt knowledge and use itPreferred / Extra points
Knowledge of MacOS operating systems and JAMF managementExperience in Cloud Solutions (Office365, Azure)Benefits / Culture
