Global Head of Workplace and Productivity

Global Head of Workplace andamp; Productivity, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Collaboration, AI, Power Platform Harris Global are currently looking for a Global Head of Workplace andamp; Productivity to join our client on a permanent basis. This role will require 3 days per week onsite in London, this is non-negotiable. The successful candidate will also come from a large, global organisation with a complex technology function. Responsibilities: Define and lead the global strategy for digital workplace services, ensuring employees across all regions have a seamless, secure and productive technology experience. Own the vision and roadmap for modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, identity services and end-user computing. Drive continuous improvement of the employee digital experience, using feedback, usage insights and performance metrics to shape future service design. Lead the organisation-wide adoption of workplace technologies, ensuring maximum engagement, utilisation and business value. Design and deliver change, communication and training strategies to support successful rollout of new tools and ways of working. Partner with regional IT leaders and business stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of digital workplace standards across global teams. Champion employee experience and behavioural change to embed new technologies into day-to-day working practices.
