German Speaking Customer Service Agent (FTC)Location: Nottingham (Hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)Contract: 12-Month Fixed TermSalary: £24,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm or 9am 5pm (with occasional Saturday work on a rota basis) We re seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join a friendly and supportive multilingual customer care team based in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone fluent in German and English who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service.The role offers hybrid working, a structured training programme, and the chance to build valuable experience within a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in German and English via phone, email, and live chat.Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders.Handle customer complaints and enquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and follow up as needed.Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely responses.Support the wider customer service team in achieving service targets.
