German Customer Service Advisor

Our client is looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Advisor with a track record of delivering high-quality Customer Service, ideally online and over the phone, and who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will help resolve enquiries for both potential and existing customers across a range of channels, including Phone, Text Support, social media, and Email. This role will work with the German market, so a German speaker is required. The role would start in February and is a 6month contract initially.Main DutiesReply to customer enquiries via a digital ticketing system through a range of channelsProvide high-quality answers to queries to ensure they are resolved quickly and efficientlyAlways follow standard processes to ensure a smooth experience with returns, exchanges, etc.Work collaboratively with teams across the business to uphold and improve customer service ratingsSkills and KnowledgeFluent German - written and spoken.You will have a great eye for detail and thrive on helping customers get the answers they need, following processes, and ensuring efficiency.Positive approach and creative thinker.Enthusiastic and self-motivated.Extensive customer service experience.Salary, Hours and Benefits£13 per hour37.5-hour week6-month contractMonday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, 1 in 4 weekends from home (with Mon and Tues off)Office based, amazing working environmentBreakfast supplied dailyFree parkingFree refreshments and snacksCasual dress ..... full job details .....
