About the Role:

• Design and teach engaging geography lessons that meet curriculum standards
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom that caters to diverse learning styles
• Monitor and record student achievements, adjusting methods to support progress
• Keep open and proactive communication with parents and guardians
• Work closely with fellow staff to enrich and improve educational outcomes

The ideal candidate will:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification, with experience teaching geography at the secondary level
• Deep knowledge of the geography curriculum, including both physical and human geography topics
• Demonstrated ability to build an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and analytical thinking
• Strong skills in communication and effective classroom management
• Dedicated to continuous professional growth and teamwork
