Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;engaging and dynamic lessonsandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;KS3 and KS4 Geography curriculum
- Inspire curiosity about theandnbsp;natural world,andnbsp;human environments, andandnbsp;global interdependence
- Foster aandnbsp;climate of inclusionandnbsp;where every student feels valued and empowered
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to track progress and inform planning
- Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with students, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teachingandnbsp;Geographyandnbsp;at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
