Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned to the KS3 and KS4 Geography curriculum
• Cultivate an inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a global perspective
• Use a range of assessment methods to monitor student progress and address learning needs
• Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support learning and pastoral care
• Take part in fieldwork, enrichment opportunities, and cross-curricular projects to enhance the learning experience

Weandrsquo;re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience teaching Geography at secondary level (preferred but not essential)
• Can demonstrate adaptability, reflective practice, and effective classroom management
• Shows a strong commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student welfare
• Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about continual learning and professional development
