Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Dovegate. HMP Dovegate is a category B remand prison located in Staffordshire. The prison houses around 1200 patients with a variety of needs, including a number of patients with long term conditions and complex health needs. Within this role you will be working on reception, support with urgent same day medication, duty doctor referrals, leavers medication and substance misuse withdraw programmes. You will work closely with the nursing team and non-medical prescribers to deliver high quality healthcare services.HoursTuesday 5pm-9pm; Saturday 1pm-6pmJob summary
