We’re looking for a General Manager for the Ship Inn, Noss Mayo. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about captivating guests and growing an offer. The pub has a strong reputation, and we aim to further solidify its standing as a fantastic venue for food and drink.

Key Responsibilities

Run a premium fresh-food pub with autonomy to tailor the food offer to guests

Decide what events and sales-driving activities to implement

Determine team uniform and manage all recruitment and marketing for the pub

Differentiate the business with an entrepreneurial approach and put your own stamp on the operation

Lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service and a compelling guest experience
