As General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Plymouth-based installation and service teams to achieve operational targets
• Overseeing project planning and delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Acting as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns
• Collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders to align operations with business objectives
• Managing resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control across installation and service functions

As General Manager, your experience will include:

• Proven leadership within the fire and security or related technical service sectors
• Experience managing both installation projects and service teams
• Strong project and people management skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and performance improvement
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Devon and Cornwall
