Leading daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Managing the venue’s financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting (with the support of the Finance Team and Head of Operations), managing the PandL, and implementing effective cost control measures across labour, supplier costs, and wastage.Recruiting, training, and developing a motivated, high-performing team with the People Manager and other bar managers.Championing team welfare across both FOH and BOH teams, promoting a positive and supportive working environment.Lead on team development by conducting regular one-to-ones and performance appraisals.Maintaining high standards across the board from compliance to creativity.Shift management including opening and closing responsibilities and providing support to supervisors and FOH teams to ensure all on shift tasks are completed.Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and servicing of all bar equipment, fixtures, and fittings to ensure a safe and fully operational environment.Providing support to the Stock and Procurement Manager with product pricing and development of drinks range.Who We’re Looking For
