- Salary: £82,000 – £89,000 + bonus + package

- Must have PFI contract ideally within education or healthcare or comer form SPV background
Our client, a leading social infrastructure organisation is seeking a PFI General Manager to oversee operational delivery across their portfolio of PFI projects. This is a senior role, acting as the main point of contact for teh SPV , ensuring all contractual, financial, and operational obligations are met while delivering exceptional service to clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of PFI projects, including lifecycle, minor capital, and defect works.
Manage all contractual obligations and ensure compliance with legislation, Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and relevant standards.
Oversee SPV budgets, monitor revenue, costs, and variances, and ensure timely financial reporting.
Implement performance monitoring systems and prepare reports for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and authorities.
Lead, develop, and manage SPV teams to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
Act as the SPV representative in meetings, audits, and operational reviews.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience managing operational PFI/PPP projects.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
Extensive knowledge of PFI contractual frameworks and payment mechanisms.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience leading high-performing teams; engineering, construction, or FM background preferred.
