The role requires a strong, strategic leader with a minimum of 5 years of people management experience at General Manager level, ideally in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment. Role PurposeTo oversee the effective and profitable delivery of services at Bristol Airport, with a focus on customer excellence and strong operational control. The General Manager will lead both PRM and Cobus operations in line with strategic business objectives, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all service level agreements and standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Provide 24/7 on-call support for operational issues, including threat assessment and incident response. Maintain effective shift patterns and ensure adequate staffing levels. Monitor service quality and take corrective action where standards fall short.
