General Manager - Industrial Machinery Location: Newcastle, Tyne and Wear Reporting to: UK Managing Director Our client is a leading UK provider of industrial equipment and services, and part of a larger international group. They''re looking for a Regional General Manager to take full ownership of a branch operation of around 16 employees across operations, sales, service and workshop functions - with complete PandL accountability for the site. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure and driving performance in a business with real heritage and a loyal, long-serving team. You''ll balance the commercial (budgets, forecasting, margin, growth) with the operational (safety, compliance, delivery, quality) and the people side (coaching, accountability, conflict resolution).
