What you’ll be doing:

Driving sales and revenue growth while

keeping members at the heart of everything

Leading and inspiring your FOH and PT teams with a hands-on approach

Managing club operations to a high standard — from facilities and safety to member experience

Building relationships with local businesses and the wider Streatham community to grow our reach

Creating a culture

where staff and members love being part of the club

Who we’re looking for:

Someone able to fully take the initiative in driving sales

through innovative campaigns, competitions, and membership activities — we want someone bursting with their own ideas to make things happen

with experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail management

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to inspire others
