General Manager

Our client, with offices based on the outskirts of Peterborough is seeking an experienced General Manager to join them on a full time permanent based working 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

As General Manager, you support the MD with strategic business objectives and oversee the business day to day.  You will be responsible for:-

• Operational coordination, monitoring KPI's, business planning and ensuring the operation runs smoothly.
• Health & Safety, ensuring the business adheres and remains compliant
• Human Resources - managing recruitment, staff training and development, performance management, maintaining employee records, etc
• Coordinate office facilities, maintain statutory records, improve office procedures when required
• Reporting for the MD
• Provide operational overview of companies financial performance to aid business decisions, working closely with the finance team.
• Drive continuous improvement for the organisation as it experiences growth

To be considered for the role of General Manager, you must have experience in a similar role general management role, experience in finance and business management, hr administration experience and commercially aware.

In return, for the role of General Manager, our client is offering a starting salary of up to £50,000, pension, 28 days annual leave, onsite parking.
