General Manager

Our client, with offices based on the outskirts of Peterborough is seeking an experienced General Manager to join them on a full time permanent based working 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. As General Manager, you support the MD with strategic business objectives and oversee the business day to day. You will be responsible for:- Operational coordination, monitoring KPI''s, business planning and ensuring the operation runs smoothly. Health and Safety, ensuring the business adheres and remains compliant Human Resources - managing recruitment, staff training and development, performance management, maintaining employee records, etc Coordinate office facilities, maintain statutory records, improve office procedures when required Reporting for the MD Provide operational overview of companies financial performance to aid business decisions, working closely with the finance team. Drive continuous improvement for the organisation as it experiences growth To be considered for the role of General Manager, you must have experience in a similar role general management role, experience in finance and business management, hr administration experience and commercially aware. In return, for the role of General Manager, our client is offering a starting salary of up to £50,000, pension, 28 days annual leave, onsite parking.
